Teams do their best work when people feel safe enough to speak up, to share an idea, flag a mistake, or push back. That's psychological safety, and it's one of the strongest predictors of innovation, learning, and performance in any organisation.
In this Werkgespräch, hosted by WITS ecosystem partner Diversity-gr, psychotherapist and Vivabain founder Sereina Venzin shares how open communication and healthy collaboration build a stronger, more inclusive workplace culture. The afternoon opens with a look inside Graubündner Kantonalbank's own women's network, S/HE@GKB, followed by Sereina's input and an interactive session for participants to reflect and exchange on feedback culture and shared work experiences.
The event is aimed at CEOs, HR managers, and executives, and closes with an apéro for informal exchange.
