Co-hosted by Women in Tech Switzerland and MassChallenge Switzerland, this edition brings the local tech and innovation community together for an evening built around one central question: how do women in STEM turn deep expertise into visible, lasting influence?
The theme: Visibility, Voice & Influence - reflects a challenge that cuts across industries, career stages, and geographies. Across technology, science, and innovation, women are stepping into roles as founders, technologists, researchers, and leaders. The expertise is real. The impact is real. Yet many still face the same structural barriers: being overlooked in the rooms where decisions happen, under-credited for the outcomes they drive, and under-supported in building the professional presence their work deserves.
This evening will create space for honest, practical conversation around:
Communicating expertise with confidence
Negotiating and advocating for yourself and others
Building visibility and professional influence
Shaping opportunity within the innovation ecosystem
