About the event
Many of the most consequential calls a leader makes happen with incomplete information and real stakes. The WITS Leadership Dialogues are a space to examine exactly those moments: not a conference, but a curated exchange among SME leaders, corporate executives and technology and industrial decision-makers.
The inaugural edition opens with a keynote on the moment before the decision, followed by three dialogues, each led by a speaker-moderator who brings their own case: The Hidden Capital of Leadership, The AI Reality, and Responsible Leadership and Leading Through Ethical Risk.
