About the event
Many of the most consequential calls a leader makes happen with incomplete data and real stakes.
The WITS Leadership Dialogues is a space to examine exactly those moments. It is not a conference. It is a curated exchange among senior peers who understand the weight of strategic accountability, sharing real experiences, real decisions, and real trade-offs. No prepared talking points, just substantive, honest dialogue.
Most leadership events are designed to protect: speakers from hard questions, sponsors from scrutiny, the audience from discomfort. This forum is built to do the opposite. The room brings together SME leaders, corporate executives, and technology and industrial decision-makers, all selected for their operational depth.
The inaugural edition takes on leading in uncertainty, where decision-making, AI and collaboration intersect. A keynote from leadership psychologist Dr. Thomas Gartenmann opens the evening, followed by two live use cases, The AI Reality and The Collaboration Imperative, each led by a speaker-moderator who brings their own case to the table.
Every seat is by invitation only
