Artificial intelligence now sits at the heart of hiring, screening CVs, sourcing candidates, ranking applicants and scheduling interviews at a scale no human team could match. But one question remains unanswered: is AI reducing human bias, or applying trained bias at speed?
Co-hosted by Women in Tech Switzerland and Innovaud, this WITS Tech & Connect evening brings together entrepreneurs, CEOs, innovation leaders and senior HR professionals to examine how AI is reshaping recruitment, and at what cost. Through a keynote, expert panel discussion and peer networking, we'll move across the full arc of the issue: from systemic bias and opaque decision-making to legal compliance and the practical tools that help organisations hire fairly and responsibly.
